Returns Policy


Not happy with your order? No worries :) You can return the item(s) as long as its within 14 days of reciept. Please send your items to our returns address below in original condition with tags etc.

You must include the invoice note sent with your delivery, we aren't able to process returns without the correct paperwork. Please be careful when trying on your gorgeous garments. We cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or creams.

Sale items costing £10 and under are non returnable.

Karas Boutique is not responsible for the cost of the return postage. All returns must be sent back to us via recorded delivery or a delivery service, which allows tracking and or a signature. Proof of postage must be obtained. If you return your purchase later than 14 days we won't be able to process your refund
We endevour to process your refund within 14 days of your return, however please note it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.


  • You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • The item must be in original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned.
  • Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you
  • Please allow up to 7 working days to process your return from date of delivery to us.
  • We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Karas Boutique responsibility and will not be processed.
  • Refunds can take 5-7 working days to show in your account once processed. Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.

  • Any items received faulty must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery
  • Any faults which develop after the 7 days have a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date to be exchanged or refunded
  • Items over 30 days from purchase date will be covered under Consumer Regulations 2015 and will be entitled to a partial refund or a repair, to be assessed by us
  • This is a STRICT policy


  • Returns details are on your invoice enclosed in your delivery package
  • We currently do not offer prepaid or free returns
  • We STRONGLY advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be the responsibility of Karas Boutique
  • If you have misplaced your invoice, please ensure to include a note in with your parcel clearly stating your contact details and full name
